Accounting

Accounting is the technique of recording the transactions of any organisation and of interpreting its results.  Qualifications in Accounting can start from as low as an Ordinary Level or SEC and can go up to a degree level.  A good basic qualification in Accounting, such as an Ordinary Level or and Advanced Level, may earn the holder a good clerical job, at the same time permitting the holder to move on in his/her career.  Basic knowledge of Accounting will be an asset for students following B.Com courses at the University of Malta or certain commercial and business courses at MCAST.
